Our culture focuses on delivering added value to our clients. Committed to compliance with quality standards and providing specialization and continuous training for our staff, we constantly improve our infrastructures and procedures for the benefit of our storers, achieving exceptional key performance indicators (KPIs).

Being well aware of our important role in the pharmaceutical supply chain, we, the people behind UNILOG, comply with the highest moral standards required for the safe, high-quality management of pharmaceuticals, one of the most valuable asset for human health, on a daily basis.
Our Vision

Our vision is innovation, the safe and responsible delivery and support of our services to our clients, by providing quality services to developing pharmaceutical markets both inside and outside the EU.
Our Client Portfolio
Throughout our course to this day, we have participated in 173 pharmaceutical tenders and have been awarded contracts for 134 of them.
Human Resources

Acknowledging that people are the cornerstone of every successful company, we have created an environment that enables our employees to develop both in their professionally and personally.
Trying to set an example in terms of our work environment, we have implemented an employment policy to:
- Hire people with technical knowledge, moral values, skill, passion for development and the ability to think out of the box, that will help them pursue the vision of our company towards development;
- Engage our people in our corporate goals and make them feel committed;
- Promote life-long learning and skill development among our staff, by organizing workshops and training programs;
- Adopt equal opportunity policies across all stages (selection, recruitment, promotion, etc.), improve our people’s skills and create skillful working groups;
- Offer flexible work arrangements for working mothers;
- We have a blood bank for UNILOG employees and their first and second-degree relatives;
- Improve the relation between employees themselves and the Company, by organizing corporate events and activities.
All the above ensure our employee retention and the smooth continuity of our business, which is particularly important for providing seamless services to our clients. It is important that our average employee turnover has been 3,7% over the last decade. Our people stand out for their updated knowledge and specialization in the pharmaceuticals and medical equipment industry.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
UNILOG acknowledges the importance of a socially responsible business. Based on the principles of morality, we foster initiatives related to the environmental protection, sustainable development, employee rights and quality of life, and the overall wellbeing of our community.

Our main concern is to achieve growth whilst showing respect for the environment, future generations and vulnerable populations, and establish a socially responsible business culture.
ENVIRONMENT
With our keen sense of corporate social responsibility, we implement a number of initiatives that help preserve natural resources, save energy and raise environmental awareness.
More specifically:
- We implement practices aimed at preserving natural resources and promoting their sustainable use;
- We save energy through material and product management;
- We recycle (batteries, light bulbs, consumables, packaging, etc.);
- We run our business with responsibility;
- We encourage individual and collective initiatives that support environmental and non-profit organization projects.
LOCAL COMMUNITY
One of our main goals is supporting and contributing to the wellbeing of our community. For this reason:
- We support partnerships with local suppliers, contractors, professionals, etc.;
- We recruit locals;
- We refrain from illegal practices (child labour, environmental pollution, etc.).

To quote Plato, “the world cannot become a better place if those who live on it do not become better people”. Having this in mind, we foster practices to promote mental, moral and physical wellbeing among our employees.

Security is a high-priority concept for us, that’s why we consistently invest in deployment advanced technologies, including:

- Web Filtering
- Central AntiMalware System
- Microsoft Hyper-V with Dual Active Nodes
- Exchange 365 Western Europe plan
- Azzure replicated PDC
- Citrix OS with dummy terminals installed in the warehouse for maximum access security
- Backup Procedures including on & offline scenarios.
- Dual Anti Virus Engines. One for the internal network and the other for the incoming/outgoing traffic.
