WAREHOUSING
We utilize our own and leased modern warehouse facilities, certified by the Greek Organization for Medicines (EOF) in accordance with Good Distribution and Manufacturing Practices (GDP & GMP).
In particular, there are:
- Temperature-controlled facilities: 15-25°C, 2-8°C, -20°C
- Special storage rooms for special handling and/or high-value products
- Advanced surveillance of the operations inside the building, through a Building Management System (BMS)
- Advanced fire detection and fire prevention systems
- Advanced alarm systems, a CCTV system and access control
- 24/7 surveillance by security company
All our facilities are located at a strategic point in the industrial park in Markopoulo, Athens, close to Attiki Odos highway, the Athens International Airport, the port of Lavrion, and at a 30-minute drive from central commercial markets of Athens.
DISTRIBUTION
- UNILOG distributes goods to:
o Pharmaceutical Wholesalers
o Hospitals
o Clinics
o Pharmacies
o Medical practitioners
o Patients
- Distribution to the above channels is implemented through qualified temperature-controlled vehicles at 15-25°C and 2-8°C, and qualified isothermal containers at 15-25°C, 2-8°C and -20°C
- Electronic Proof of Delivery (E-POD), through our web portal, which has the capability to upload picture of the customer signature and signed delivery
- Courier services for same-day delivery
- Product returns from all distribution channels
PRODUCT RECALL
Our computerized system is the reference point of our clients for any product recall, as it may instantly provide all information about product availability. Furthermore, we work with our clients to:
- Schedule and implement the transportation of recalled products from final customers
- Return recalled products from final customers
- Handle returned products in a quarantine warehouse;
- Provide our clients reports on the process and completion of the recall (reconciliation reports).
Every year we conduct regular and occasional mock recall exercises to verify the system readiness, in accordance with quality procedures.

REPACKAGING - EOF LABELLING - Authenticity labelling (vignettes)
- We provide all EOF labelling (authenticity labelling - vignettes), repackaging and information leaflet placement services, in our facilities, in full compliance with the law
- We have modern manufacturing machines and highly-qualified staff.
- Our production capacity is 700,000 items/day
- Our repackaging-EOF labelling (authenticity labelling - vignettes) department is fully supported by scientific experts
SERIALIZATION, AGGREGATION, TAMPER EVIDENCE, EMVO CONNECTION
Playing a leading role in developments, we have already move in providing high quality services Serialization, Aggregation, Tamper Evidence & EMVO Uploading in pharmaceutical products since early 2019.
We provide services for all requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/161.
We have developed strategic partnerships with TraceLink & Vimachem, which are leading global Serialization Services, so we are able to offer customize solutions on our customers needs.
