Business Ethics We act with responsibility, quality and transparency in every aspect of daily corporate operations and adhere strictly to codes of professional ethics in all of our business activities. 2. Workers-society Our people is the main factor of our success and our most important asset. We base our policies on principles such as:

Environment Unilog recognizes that natural resources are a valuable asset and we consider our obligation to protect them, and to avoid uncontrolled usage and wasting of them. The principles of our environmental policy that we apply to save and conserve the natural resources are:

• design and operation of our facilities based on regulations that protect the health and safety of our workers and of the local community in which we operate
• maximum limitation of environmental pollution through waste and material disposal
• maximum limitation of vehicle usage or their replacement by hybrid technology therefore limiting emissions.
• creation of a work environment where employees are educated on environmental issues
• communication with the local authorities and cooperation on issues relating to the environment, such as recycling
• periodically review regulations and adoption of more environmentally friendly practices
